1 c bananas (2-3 bananas)
2 eggs
1/2 c melted butter
3/4 c flour
1c oatmeal
3/4 c sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1tsp vanilla
1/4c butter milk (milk with lemon juice)
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp pumpkin spice
Optional additions: Flax seed, chia, wheat germ (1/4c)
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
